The Dinner on November 28^th 2007

The Dinner will take place on the evening of 28^th in Lahti, Sibelius Hall, Forest Hall, between 18.00-21.00 pm. It is at no extra cost for registrants to the conference but the dinner is only available to those registering for the event before the 21^st of November.

By plane

By Train

The Central Railway Station of Helsinki is located to Helsinki city centre (Asema-aukio, 00100 Helsinki).

Lahti railway station is located at Mannerheiminkatu 15, Lahti. Lahti ticket Sales, tel. 0307 20900, international and special tickets tel. 0307 29246, railway station services and services for the disabled tel. 0307 29217.

Trains from Helsinki to Lahti and back run daily from around 5 am to around 22 pm, once or twice in an hour. Several connections between Helsinki and Lahti daily.

By bus

From Helsinki Vantaa airport international terminal you can reach Lahti bus station with express bus Helsinki – Lahti daily from 00 am to 11 pm daily with several connections.

Transfers between Helsinki airport and Lahti

Transportation from/to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to/from Sibelius Hall and hotel in Lahti will be provided by organizers.

Charter bus from the airport will be available for participants at no extra cost; travel time is about 60mn, (please note travel time does not include airport check-ins etc.).

Transportation service will only be carried out based on reservations. Booking for charter bus transportation is mandatory as bus drivers will receive a name list of reservations/customers for each scheduled transfer. Scheduled transfers:
