Nordic Cleantech Showcase in London on February 14th is dedicated to introducing the opportunities existing on the Nordic cleantech market to the UK business and investment community. Eight companies selected to pitch represent four Nordic countries and are included into Cleantech Scandinavia’s publication: “Out of the gate: 25 Nordic Cleantech expansion opportunities” that will also be distributed during the event..
The UK is one of the primary foreign target markets for many cleantech businesses in the Nordics due to its size, similarity of the environmental challenges as well as wide regulatory support for cleantech. This is why we consider it important to establish long term cooperation with the UK investment community in order to help companies reach out into the foreign markets.
Nordic Cleantech Showcase will take place on the 14th of February at London Stock Exchange. The programme will feature presentations by Nordic companies, Cleantech Scandinavia’s account of the market trends in the Nordic cleantech space, UK low carbon business opportunities and views by the panel of UK based cleantech-focused venture capital investors including Climate Change Capital, Environmental Technologies Fund, Wellington Partners and Zouk Ventures.
